Nicholas J. Walker is the Founder and Principal of Walker Valuation Group, bringing deep expertise in business valuation and financial analysis to every engagement. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Nicholas specializes in precise, IRS‑compliant valuations for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, estate planning, and financial reporting.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. Prior to founding Walker Valuation Group, Nicholas worked at Goldman Sachs in Equity Research where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, corporate strategy, and valuation methodology.
Nicholas combines rigorous methodology with practical insight, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable valuations that empower business owners, investors, and advisors to make informed decisions with confidence.
